Photo Jelly offers subscription plans for hosts, photographers, and enterprises. This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting support.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Enterprise agreements may include custom refund terms documented in your order form.
Free plans
Free tiers can be cancelled at any time by deleting the account or letting the event expire according to plan limits.
